About John Duff

I bring to this coaching practice a potent combination of training, skills and life experience.

My lifetime of hearing colleagues and friends say “you ask good questions” has now been given structure and a proven methodology through my completion of a Coaching Skills training program accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

Various aspects of my life experience enable me to relate well with the challenges brought by clients in my areas of focus:

• Decades working in tech companies, primarily as an analyst or developer problem-solving at the boundary between business and I.T. functions

• A fulfilling middle season of life as a pastor's husband and father of two great children

• A late-in-life journey toward more authenticity - coming out as gay and navigating the related transition of social and faith communities
